INFORMATION FOR BOOKING A TRANSFER
- Name and phone number of the contact person (required);
- Arrival / arrival time;
- The number of the train, car / flight;
- Station / airport name.
TRANSFER BOOKING RULES
- Transfer is served to the time of arrival of the train or flight specified in the application;
- Waiting time for guests by the driver / company representative at the airport-1 hour after landing. Waiting time at the railway station-30 minutes. The waiting time at the hotel is 15 minutes;
- Driver / company representative meets with a sign “Northern Empire» or with a nameplate (optional). If you can’t find the driver, please contact us by phone +7-931-000-45-50 (what’s app);
- If you change your flight arrival time or change your flight, please call 007-931-000-45-50 (what’s the app) or write an email info@northern-empire.com. after that, you need to get confirmation that the changes are accepted. If this information is not received, payment for the service is not refundable;
- If you have a large cargo/a large amount of Luggage, you must inform the size / quantity. If you need to replace the transport, the cost will be increased;
- When booking a transfer by minibus / bus, booking assistant service is mandatory, the cost of 50 USD;
- The transfer can be cancelled at least two days in advance. In case of cancellation of the transfer less than two days, payment for the service is not refundable. Cancellation must be confirmed in writing.

RULES OF TRANSPORT RENTAL
- In case of booking transport for long distances (outside the ring ROAD and the Leningrad region), the calculation is based on mileage and distance, in addition to the cost of hourly rent;
- The driver of transport is guided by the rules of the road, i.e. stops of transport at the request of the customer are possible if they do not contradict the rules traffic;
